Yard House Restaurants Rely on One Systems Speakers
Nashville, Tennessee, June, 2010 – Popular national restaurant chain Yard House recently installed One Systems loudspeakers in several new locations. The design and installation work at the Yard House locations were performed by No Static Pro Audio, Inc. of Burbank, California and include approximately forty (40) One Systems 208CIM speakers per location.
The first Yard House location opened in Long Beach, California in 1996 and the company has grown over the past fourteen years to twenty-seven locations in ten states. The upscale American restaurants are well-known for an extensive menu, classic rock music and the world’s largest selection of draft beers. During the development of their latest locations in Houston, Texas, San Antonio, Texas and Dedham, Massachusetts, Yard House again tapped No Static Pro Audio to design and install the ideal sound system to deliver a music soundscape of continuous classic rock in each restaurant.
The systems’ installations include 208CIM speakers mounted in the interior bar/restaurant areas, as well as each location’s extensive patio areas. The 208CIM’s compact, injection-molded enclosure houses a high-quality 8-inch woofer, along with a second 8-inch coax speaker with a medium-format compression driver. This design reproduces vocals for music and speech reinforcement with superior articulation and high output. The speakers are mounted to walls and ceiling soffits in a circular pattern using One Systems’ 108IM-U U-Brackets, with digital processing performed by Ashly Audio’s NE-Series products.
